Inspired Playoffs Intro Series

When you sign a contract with a client where the entire project is conditional on the team winning, it can be a bit nerve wracking. When you do it during the playoffs with the Kansas City Chiefs, it's money in the bank.

​

The Chiefs were embarking on a historic playoff run, and wanted to elevate their pre-game hype videos to an epic scale. We worked with their creative team to make three graphic-novel style animated intros, one for each game leading up to the Super Bowl, and a comic themed game-day poster for the AFC Championship game. 

​

Because the results of each game were uncertain, we took this project week by week, rising and falling with the fate of the team. Although the Chiefs did not win the super bowl, we were very honored to embed ourselves with the Red Kingdom through an incredible playoff run.

These videos ran on Chiefs socials and pre-game in Arrowhead stadium.
